Mission Statement
Bola Moyo exists to mobilize and support African communities in response to poverty, suffering, and inequality. Meaning “better life,” Bola Moyo’s vision is to see thousands of Africans empowered, living free from the oppression of poverty and disease, and realizing their potential to live productive
and purposeful lives.
We Believe:
- All people are created equal, and have the right to pursue their potential
- Access to accurate information and resources is vital for people to improve their livelihoods
- Africa's needs are complex, and HIV/AIDS, poverty, education, and gender inequality, etc. are interrelated
- For lasting change to take place in a community, the members must be a driving force
