Provincial Plaza Being Developed
The piece of property at the corner of East 20th St and Bruce Rd, formerly referred to as Commercial Corner is being developed by Bill Hughes, a Sacramento developer.
Approximately 25,000 square feet of commercial space is in the works with convenience and resturaunt tenents. These shops will provide close, walkable destinations servicing Doe Mill, Hutchinson Green, and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Nears Half Way Completion Mark
The Mews homes facing the alley are in final stages. With the last few homes on the West side of the green almost complete, construction will soon begin East of the green. These Mews homes come in a standard (interior) or end configuration.
